Jordan Bill enlisted as an Aviation Cadet, Dec. 8, 1941 and received his commission and wings at Craig Field, Selma, Ala., class of 42-J. He was assigned to the 353rd Ftr. Gp. 352nd Ftr. Sq. that was sent to the 8th Air Force in England.
