About P51Pilots.com

Q. What is P51Pilots.com
A. P51Pilots.com is an online tribute to the men and women who flew the P-51 Mustang in World War II and Korea. It is a tribute to the P-51 Mustang aircraft itself, and a tribute to the amazing people who flew her. Most importantly, P51Pilots.com is an online resource and archive of information designed to help friends and families of P-51 Mustang Pilots find connections into the pastand links to their heritage for generations to come.

Q. How can I help preserve the memories of these great men and women?
A. POST, ASK, and ANSWER! The key to building this archive is to record as much information as possible *now*, before the memories are lost. If you personally know a P-51 pilot, encourage them to record their stories before it's too late! If a family member or friend was a P-51 pilot who shared stories with you, then post the stories on the forums - as much as you remember, even if you don't have the details perfect. And if you have photos - especially if you can identify people in the photos - then please contact us so that we can add your photos to our archives. Any little bit of data might we can make available can help someone find a link and make a connection into their past.

Q. What does it cost to use P51Pilots.com?
A. Nothing. There is no cost for membership and there is no cost for using the resources available on P51Pilots.com. This website is provided as a free service to everyone, with the hope that you will contribute and help grow the resource.
